Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
mas777 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account holder name used for deposits. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mas777 does not impose currency conversion fees on standard Rupiah transactions. If you deposit via a method that processes in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate and fees, for which mas777 bears no responsibility.
mas777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose inter-bank transfer fees or service charges in accordance with their own fee schedules. Players are advised to consult their respective financial institution for applicable charges before initiating transfers.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by mas777 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the combined bonus and deposit amount before any withdrawal may be made. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event selection is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this threshold while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus Funds not utilized within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without notice. Standard bonus validity is 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
mas777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a system error, pricing error, or manifest mistake has occurred. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification. Bets placed during a system interruption or connectivity failure may not be registered; it is your responsibility to verify bet confirmation before relying on a placement.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, bets on that event will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned to Player Funds. Specific rules for partial completion (e.g., a football match abandoned after 75 minutes) will follow the published rules for each sport available in the Platform's betting rules section.
Given the strong interest of Indonesian players in football wagering — including markets on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and international competitions — the following rules apply to judi bola (football betting) markets: all football bets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus referee-added stoppage time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard match bets unless the market is specifically designated as "including extra time." Asian handicap (voor bola) rules follow standard Asian handicap conventions where a draw at the handicap line results in a half-win, half-push, or full refund depending on the line selected.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If one selection is void (e.g., a match is cancelled), that selection is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds. A minimum of two (2) remaining selections must survive for a parlay to be valid. Mix parlay bets cannot include conflicting selections from the same match.
In-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or closed at any time based on match conditions, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. mas777 is not liable for any inability to place or amend live bets due to market suspension. Odds in live markets may change rapidly; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from mas777. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes copyright infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability.

The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, and third-party service disruptions. mas777 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mas777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall mas777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms exceed the total amount of Player Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
